PUNE: A Japanese delegation led by Michio Harada, Counsul
General of Japan in Mumbai and Parliamentarians from Okayama City Urakami
Masahiko, Chairman of Okayama City met with Charter Members of TiE Pune
recently and also interacted with multiple start-ups to discuss possible
opportunities.
Urikami Masahiko showed keen interest to set up a cell in
Japan to drive trade. Ravi Nigam, President TiE mentioned the importance of
this partnership and building this relationship. The Meeting was also attended
by past Presidents Kiran Deshpande, Vishwas Mahajan and Pratima Kirloskar.
Vineet Patni from Tie Pune will be leading this partnership
and is confident that it will achieve great heights in the near future, same as
the success that they have seen with NTT data. The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)
Pune is a non-profit venture dedicated to Start-ups and Entrepreneurs.
