BoM confers ‘Maha-Achievers Award’ to managers

PUNE: Bank of Maharashtra conferred ‘Maha-Achievers Award’ to its 25 Best Performing Branch Heads along with 4 ‘Super-Achievers Award’ for overall branch performance under various business parameters viz. Branch Advances, CASA, Deposits, Non-Interest Income, NPA recovery etc. for the year 2018-19 at the Head Office here.

Awards were conferred in a gala ceremony at the hands of A. S. Rajeev, MD and CEO, Bank of Maharashtra. A C Rout, Hemant Tamta, Executive Directors, L. N. Rath, CVO and Dr N. Muniraju, GM, K. A. Shenoy, DGM, Human Resources Management were also present on this occasion.

A. S. Rajeev, MD and CEO, Bank of Maharashtra congratulated all the ‘Best Achievers Award’ winners and expressed that the giving of these awards would surely inspire all the Branch Managers across the Bank to excel in their performance and achieve Branch Targets. ‘Our Bank has a tradition of awarding excellence and it is one of such occasion, where performance is awarded’ opined A. C. Rout, Executive Director of the Bank.

Hemant Tamta, Executive Director, Bank of Maharashtra said that rewarding and recognition make all the difference in motivating everyone in an organisation. Motivation along with attitudinal changes leads towards achievement of the set goals.

Dr N. Muniraju, General Manager, Human Resources Management elaborated about the ‘Maha- Achievers Award Scheme’ and the vote of thanks was proposed by K. A. Shenoy, Deputy General Manager, Human Resources Management.
