Elaborating the differentiating factor of Little Buddy
Kindergarten, Director-Learning and Development, Ramya Gangadharan, said, “Little
Buddy Kindergarten focusses on the holistic development of children and their
skills, building and stimulating the natural curiosity and interests by leading
them to explore, inquire and discover with hands-on learning. This helps in
social development, language development, creative play, imaginative play,
physical play, constructive play and mathematics.”
It is to be noted that recently Anganwadi centres across the
country have also recognised the need to enhance their quality of education and
are inviting Kindergarten programmes to be part of their learning process.
Highlighting Little Buddy Kindergarten’s roadmap for
Maharashtra expansion, Ramya said, “After Karnataka, our vision is to
establish our footsteps in all 5 historical regions of Maharashtra, i.e.
Vidarbha (Old Berar Region - Nagpur and Amravati divisions), Marathwada
(Aurangabad Division), Khandesh and Northern Maharashtra Region (Nashik
Division), Desh (Pune Division) and Konkan.”
“Our unique end-to-end franchisee model includes setting up of the
franchisee and operational infrastructure, on- site teachers’ training by
certified trainers from UK, round the year training and functional support,
international curriculum, workshops for teachers and parents and IT support
along with branding and marketing. We want to ensure our franchisees are the
extension of our brand, its vision and philosophy. Our Model provides fastest
ROI for the franchisee. We are targeting 50 franchisee units across
Maharashtra, Karnataka, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh collectively in this
financial year,” added Ramya Gangadharan.
