The
Himalaya Drug Company, a leading homegrown wellness brand, launched a new
product under their BabyCare range - Himalaya Total Care baby pants. It
contains Aloe Vera and Yashada Bhasma that offers a protective anti-rash shield
to reduce the activity of harmful enzymes and prevent diaper rash.
Himalaya Total Care baby pants is a one-step diaper
solution, specially designed for comfort, protection and total care of baby’s
skin. Speaking at the launch, N.V Chakravarthi, General Manager Himalaya
BabyCare said “The Indian diaper market is growing at a rate of 20% CAGR
over the past few years. Pant style diapers are becoming popular as a large
segment of Indian parents are looking for convenient diaper solutions. While we
already have launched regular diapers, Total Care baby pants offer different
comfort options that cater to the necessities of baby.
Baby pants are also infused with power of herbs and
come with anti-rash shield to prevent diaper rash, wetness indicator to show
when the diaper is wet, and leak-proof silky soft inner layer. We have
introduced pack size of 2 diapers which will be handy for parents on the go.
Initially, we will be targeting all the key metros,” added Chakravarthi.
