PUNE: The
monsoon's arrival in Maharashtra looks imminent with conditions developing for
its advancement into some parts of Konkan and Central Maharashtra in the
next three to four days, India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
Monsoon normally reaches Pune by June 8 and Mumbai by June 10.
It covers most parts of Maharashtra by June 10.
On Friday, monsoon advanced into some more parts of central
Arabian Sea, remaining parts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, most parts of Coastal
Karnataka and south interior Karnataka, some parts of Rayalaseema.
